Our approved UK distributors have exclusive access to genuine Heizomat spare parts, which have been developed specifically for Heizomat boiler systems. HeizomatGB and Heizomat GmbH would like to advocate that the use of non-genuine Heizomat parts may invalidate the boiler warranty, any and all warranty claims and clients may no longer receive any Heizomat support. The safety of the product may be jeopardised and the CE marking invalidated, meaning any insurance on the product may be void and product liability resulting in any damage or injuries may befall on the installer or owner of the boiler system, as opposed to the OEM. Non-OEM parts may cause serious boiler damage, negate necessary safety features and approval documentation, reduce the life-expectancy of the boiler, decrease performance and lead to unexpected boiler operation issues. As all emissions tests and certifications were completed using Heizomat boiler systems, with OEM parts, any boiler using unapproved parts, may find that their emissions certificate is no longer valid. Using unapproved service partners may prevent clients from future mandatory software updates, technological advancements and direct manufacturer information/support regarding their boiler system.
